Changes for FS9 and FSX:
- visual changes of renumbered RWYs 14-32 to 15-33 due to mag. var.
- new approach files for all RWYs to tell MS ATC about the new RWY numbers and to have correct approaches.
FS9 Additional Changes:
- Smoke effects restored while touch down
- FS Passenger recognizes RWY (i.e. landing) now
- Fix for missing textures at moving gates at the Lake Hood TWYs.
